The positions in our BHCOE accredited Autism program are challenging, rewarding, and team-oriented.
As a Clinical Director, you would be a leader for the day to day functioning of your designated clinical and / or treatment program, as well as providing direct services as necessary including, but not limited to supervising IBHS program staff and ensuring that services are provided according to best practice standards that promote client recovery.
A Clinical Supervisor works closely with a clinical director to provide clinical oversight of his/her/their designated clinical staff and / or designated shift, as well as providing direct care services.
As a Behavior Analyst & Consultant, you will be able to develop individualized care for autistic children and youth. Join us in making impactful enhancements that improve quality of life.
As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), you have the opportunity to receive free Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training. BHTs and RBTs implement and track individualized data, as outlined in the treatment plan created by a Behavior Analyst/Consultant.
As an administrative professional, take on a role that is the glue to our IBHS ABA program. From tracking utilizations, assisting with packet submissions, there is meaning in knowing you are helping others reach their fullest potential. *Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
We host a range of positions from master-level internship opportunities to licensed/pre-licensed therapists, and finally doctorate level (doctoral-level) psychologists. Paragon is owned and operated by therapists for therapists. We get the hustle of juggling paperwork, caseloads, and general work-life balance.
